Mexican Grilled Corn Recipe

Vestibulum dignissim posuere euismod. Suspendisse at ligula rhoncus, luctus ex sed, finibus leo. Curabitur a ullamcorper metus. Nullam non velit nulla.

Ingredients

  • corn cobs - as many as you want and as much as you care to add without going overboard because you know
  • butter - 1/4 cup
  • salt - optional (to taste)
  • More Stuff:
  • 1 lime - sliced
  • bread - one slice for each corb

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Boil corn in the salted water for 5 minutes. Drain the corn.
  2. Add a splash of olive oil to a hot griddle pan. Let it get really hot.
  3. Lay your corn on the pan. Grab some tongs and let it sizzle on all sides until satisfyingly golden, with savoury dark bits.
  4. Season with freshly ground salt to taste and serve with bread
